    To help protect the environment, solve the problem of global warming crisis and saving of energy and resources, the major themes of this year are:

    1. Energy Crisis and Global Warming (全球暖化及能源危機)
    2. International /Local Emission Standards and renewable energy sources (排放標準及可再生能源)
    3. Energy conservation and altering of our "consuming" living style so as to solve the problem (市民之節能責任 - 減少用電 - 改變消耗型的生活習慣、採納合乎能源效益的生活模式)
    4. Environmental-friendly cars (環保車輛)
